About Niklaus
Niklaus started his career in public service — an early job with Senator Tim Scott planted the idea that helping people navigate systems can be its own form of work. Watching his grandfather battle blood cancer turned that idea into a career.
A licensed pilot with a policy background, he brings the same preflight-checklist mindset to Medicare: know the route, know the weather, and don't skip steps just because you're in a hurry.
