About Justin

Justin is passionate about helping retired veterans get the healthcare they've already earned, with patience, clarity, and a whole lot of heart. When he's not walking clients through Medicare options, he's outside coaching kids in mountain biking.

Both jobs turn out to require the same skills: explain the same thing three different ways if that's what it takes, celebrate every small win, and never make anyone feel bad for asking a beginner question.

In their own words

Why I became a Medicare Caddie

"Coaching taught me that people learn at different speeds — and that's a good thing. Medicare needs a coach a lot more than it needs a salesperson."

My approach

How I work with clients

Coach's mindset. Explain the same thing three different ways if that's what it takes, and never rush the client to the next step.

Who I love helping

The people I do my best work for

Veterans and folks turning 65 who've never had anyone actually walk them through how the pieces fit.

Favorite part of the job

What keeps me coming back

When a client says 'nobody's ever explained it like that before.'

Fun fact

A little about Justin off the clock

Coach youth mountain-bike races on the weekends — same patience, different trail.

🏌️ Justin's Caddie's Tip

"There's no dumb Medicare question. If your agent makes you feel like there is, get a new agent."
