For 2026, the Part D annual out-of-pocket cap continues under the Inflation Reduction Act, standard Part B premiums and deductibles have been updated, and Medicare Advantage plan availability and star ratings have shifted in many markets.
The Inflation Reduction Act capped annual out-of-pocket spending on covered Part D drugs at $2,000 starting in 2025. Once you hit the cap, you pay $0 for covered drugs the rest of the year.
