My approach
How I work with clients
Unhurried, honest about the tradeoffs, and always willing to say 'let's sleep on it' if the decision doesn't feel right that day.

Licensed Medicare Caddie
Licensed Insurance Agent
Recent retiree and mom of two who has lived every step of the Medicare paperwork herself.
Biography
Leta is a recent retiree herself, which turns out to be a serious advantage when helping other retirees figure out Medicare. She's lived the paperwork, the birthday letters, and the enrollment windows — all of it, in real time.
As a mother of two daughters, she treats every Medicare conversation the way she'd want someone to treat her own family: unhurried, respectful, and honest about the tradeoffs. Nobody feels rushed on Leta's calls.
In their own words
"I went through Medicare recently. It shouldn't feel like a rushed sales pitch, and I make sure it doesn't for the people I work with."
My approach
Unhurried, honest about the tradeoffs, and always willing to say 'let's sleep on it' if the decision doesn't feel right that day.
Who I love helping
Fellow recent retirees, snowbirds who split time between states, and anyone who's been rushed by a call-center agent.
Favorite part of the job
Meeting people who thought they'd have to figure this out alone — and realizing on the call that they don't.
Fun fact
Just went through Medicare enrollment myself, so nothing on the paperwork surprises me anymore.
🏌️ Leta's Caddie's Tip
"No one should feel rushed through a Medicare decision. If a review feels like a sales pitch, that's your cue to slow it down."
No pressure, no scripts — just a plain-English walkthrough of what fits your situation.
